SHIPPING INFORMATION

1. COURIER

All our shipments are handled by DHL under their standard transport conditions.

2. DELIVERY TIMES

  • Italy: 1-2 business days
  • EU: 2-5 business days
  • Non-EU countries: 3-10 business days

The indicated times start from order confirmation and are approximate. Delivery may be delayed during peak periods or due to force majeure.

3. SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status on the DHL website.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Destination

5. DELIVERY

Delivery is made to the address specified at the time of order. If the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a notice and attempt a second delivery or follow DHL’s standard procedures.

⚠️ Deliveries to PO Boxes, Army Post Offices (APO), Fleet Post Offices (FPO), or other non-physical addresses are not possible.

6. CHECKING UPON DELIVERY

We recommend checking the package’s integrity upon delivery and immediately reporting any visible damage to the courier and to us within 24 hours.

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees in the destination country.

8. DELAYS AND DELIVERY ISSUES

In case of significant delays or delivery issues, please contact our customer service. We will work with DHL to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
